Cancellation & Refund Policy:

► A 50% refund Upon cancellation will be provided if cancelled 24hours prior the actual booking date.
► A full refund upon cancellation of the booking if done 48hrs prior to the booking date.
► No refund/ postponement if the cancellation is effected within 7 days prior to the check in date.
► Rates/Tax are subjected to change.
► All disputes are subject to Mysore Jurisdiction.

Right Conduct:

► Manager has the right to evict/ restrict any guest or group of guests should we find them engaging in any unlawful activity.
► Pets are strictly not allowed in the premises.
► Hotel Bota Royal will not be responsible for any loss of valuables, accidents, injuries or incident due to an act of God.
► Entry of site is restricted to residing guests only.
► All Stay Guests should produce valid government ID mandatory during Check-In
► We try to keep our environment as clean as possible. Kindly do your part by throwing all trash in the designated trash bins, including any kind of plastics.

BREAKAGES / LOST Items:

► Any breakages / lost items related to the resort caused by guest occupants during their stay will be charged to their personal accountability and will be settled in full upon check-out. The amount to be charged is based on the price acquisition of such item(s) or the actual quote.
► Storing of any hazardous goods and explosives in the room or Hotel property is strictly prohibited.
► Outdoors are monitored/recorded by CCTV cameras for security purpose.
► Hotel Bota Royal does not permit any illegal activity anywhere in the Hotel premises.
► Hotel management and staff will assist the police in every possible way (including testifying) to convict anyone performing illegal acts or engaging in illegal activity within the premises.
► Any Running or previously held contest on our social media accounts follow their own guidelines.
► Contest winners will be expected to abide by the rules.
► All guests at any given point of time can apply ONLY ONE discount at a given time. Multiple discounts on one checkout bill will not be applied.
► Every package mentioned/created from Bota Royal will not be responsible for any incident or tragedy. Hotel will ONLY organise and put together a well thought and scheduled trip.
► Package entries shall also abide by the rules mentioned by Management and staff.
